Use this free software to create Antibiotic susceptibility testing Disk Diffusion (Kirby-Bauer) templates with up to 6 antibiotic discs per plate. Automatically draws out your template once you have entered the required information and draws a table underneath your template including, Antibiotic Name, Code, Concentration, Sensitive zone size (mm) and Resistant zone size (mm). The template is exported as an image file (not a PDF!) which can be used in your controlled documents. Plate diameter, Disc diameter and disk spacing all adjustable through a settings menu. Templates can be customised for EUCAST, CLSI & BSAC. This program may help you create controlled documents to comply with ISO15189:2012.
Unlike other packages (Giotto) this program gives user control over the total document. The templates are exported as (.BMP) image files which can be easily copied and pasted into MS Word documents and other documents. Once a template has been created it can be reloaded into the software and edited if changes are required.
